About This Product

A water-based inkjet printer for flexible packaging materials that meets the needs of extremely small lot printing, post-process quality, and operating costs that were previously unattainable.

■Model with base material 1,000mm width turret 1,200dpi

・Supports output of 10 to 20 items/day, maximum 60,000 m2/day with automatic item switching ・Uses VOC-free water-based ink, high-speed printing of up to 50 m/min for 5 colors including white and 70 m/min for CMYK ・With a total length of less than 10m, the installation space of a gravure printing machine is reduced to 1/3. ・Supports PET, OPP, shrink, nylon, paper, and surface printing

■Advantages of using XIJ printing

The 1000 type supports substrate widths of 1,100 mm (PET, OPP, paper), and supports multi-sided printing and variable printing for small lots. Flexibly select the next item while printing. With one person and unmanned printing at night, we can handle 10 to 20 items within 2,000 m in one day.

■Higher image quality and lower operating costs

Nowadays, with the trend toward smaller lots, digital printing with higher image quality is rapidly reducing running costs, and it is predicted that the time will come in the coming years when it will replace gravure printing.
