■High speed & short wire processing, one end crimping/one end twisting soldering machine
Peeling, punching, twisting, and soldering 9,000 pieces per hour. Based on the C551HX, which specializes in ultra-high-speed machining, the twisting blade (K blade) is housed inside the cutter block to speedily process the twisting and soldering processes, and the wire changing operation is made as compact as possible. Flux processing also uses a new concept, the "falling flow method*2", achieving a rate of 9,000 fluxes per hour.
*2 This is a method in which flux is constantly circulated and applied onto the wire, minimizing evaporation of flux, resulting in no waste and excellent economic efficiency.
