World-class high-speed feed conveyor (stacking robot)

■World's fastest processing capacity, innovative feed conveyor, and robot stacking device realized・High-speed operation with processing capacity of 40 bundles/min (flow direction 600 to 220 mm when 10 bundles are bundled)
- The holding part can be brought into contact with the cardboard bundle while the cardboard bundle is supported at the discharge height by the supporting part.
- Since the holding part contacts the cardboard bundle from below, damage to the cardboard bundle due to contact with the holding part can be reliably prevented.
- When stacking, the holding part retracts diagonally downward, which can reduce the impact caused by falling cardboard bundles.

Until now, it was difficult to lift cases that folded in the middle using the left and right claws on both sides of the feed conveyor.

By providing a third pawl, the raising and lowering of the left and right pawls and the third pawl are well synchronized, and even in cases where the material bends in the middle, it does not break in the middle, and high-speed processing on the feed conveyor is possible. Ta.

■Robot handThis is a highly rigid hand for A-type cardboard cases that has been made possible by strengthening the gripping force and reducing weight. Both cross-sections of the bundle of cardboard bundles are held between the robot hand grip plates, lifted, and stacked. It is possible to handle large cardboard bundles by attaching an auxiliary claw.
