We also provide setup using Symphonia Technology products. NTN drive units are suitable for heavy metal parts. The linear feeder is our KFL-01C type.
If you want a large conveyance capacity, you can also use Sinfonia Technology's dual motion (Result: 600 pieces/min of φ13xH6 resin workpieces discharged with a φ350 bowl)
■Tablet supply
We manufacture feeders for supplying pharmaceutical tablets. Multi-row supply allows for different product types by replacing component units depending on the product type. Since it is not a sheet metal part and is machined from aluminum material, there is no need to worry about missing welds or cracks.
■Compatible tablet types
FC tablets, sugar-coated tablets, uncoated tablets, etc.
■Supported tablet shapes
Flat tablets, deformed tablets, etc.
■Finish
We create a shape suitable for the application, such as a hopper, weld it to the joints on both sides of the material, polish the joints, and after inspection, perform chemical polishing. The finish looks good, and cleaning does not take as much time as buffing.
