ATOS Q is a highly reliable 3D scanner that can handle complex measurement and inspection tasks.

■High reliabilityATOS has established itself as an optical 3D measurement system in many industries. ATOS Q has successfully perfected and integrated design, technology and performance to create a new compact system with true ATOS DNA.

・ATOS design
ATOS Q was developed for industrial metrology and provides traceable measurement results even in harsh environments. The optical system and electronic equipment are dust-proof and drip-proof, so you can move it not only to the measurement room but also to manufacturing sites or other locations where measurements are required, and perform accurate measurement tasks with simple operations.

・ATOS Technology
ATOS Q achieves accurate and high-resolution measurements, providing highly reliable measurement data. It uses the triple scan measurement method, which is advantageous for measuring glossy surfaces and complex shapes, and uses the blue light equalizer's uniform, interference-free, speckle-free light source.

・ATOS performance
ATOS Q provides superior performance with blue light equalizer and high-speed data processing technology. Achieves high-brightness and high-speed fringe pattern projection, allowing you to measure dark objects and glossy surfaces in a short time. Fiber optic cables also provide high-speed data transfer.

■Blue light technologyA precise fringe pattern is projected onto the object to be measured and photographed using two cameras based on the stereo camera principle. GOM's fringe pattern projection technology uses narrowband blue light to filter out interfering ambient light.

■Excellent versatilityThe compact ATOS Q sensor is highly versatile. We solve complex inspection tasks through manual measurement, semi-automatic measurement in conjunction with an automatic rotary table, and fully automatic measurement in combination with a robot.

・Manual measurement
ATOS Q's compact design weighs only 4 kg, making it easy to carry and carry to various locations such as measurement labs and manufacturing sites.

・Semi-automatic measurement
Semi-automatic measurement can be achieved by combining the measuring stand with an automatic rotating table such as GOM ROT350 or motorization kit.

・Fully automatic measurement
In combination with ATOS ScanBox 4105, mass production quality control is achieved with high process reliability and maximum efficiency is achieved.
