■Device overview
This is a device that feeds delicate workpieces (parts feeders cannot be supplied) in bulk, aligns them to the collection tray at high speed, and packs them accurately.
The OVH series is a transfer device that has been used by customers for many years and is constantly evolving. We also have a track record of operation with workpieces larger than 1mm. By distinguishing the front and back of the workpiece, checking the orientation and alignment, and Okano's unique pick-and-place method, it is possible to align the workpieces with minimal damage.
Of course, if you have any requests such as wanting to transfer smaller workpieces or loading them tray-to-tray instead of picking them up in bulk, we can propose customized transfer equipment.

・“Ultra-high speed”. Equipped with two suction heads (9 nozzles), it is possible to pick and place multiple workpieces in a series of operations.
・Using unique image processing, it is possible to quickly search scattered chips, and to correct the position of the chips when they are placed on the tray for highly accurate storage.
