About This Product

■Next-generation transportation robot that collaborates with humans. SLAM type that runs autonomously with omnidirectional sensors

This type uses a laser sensor to recognize the shapes of surrounding walls and pillars, and transports them while superimposing them on pre-registered map information. There is no need to lay anything on the floor, and it is possible to stop or avoid obstacles that are not included in the map information, making it suitable for environments that coexist with people.

■Introduction to large-scale distribution warehouses for high-mix stocking and large-volume warehousing and retrieval

When picking up products one by one from a vast warehouse, there are two types of costs for workers: travel time and the weight of the items to be transported. The longer the travel time and the heavier the weight to be transported, the higher the labor stress for humans, making it a workplace where the introduction of robots is more effective. Division of labor, where people concentrate on picking and leave the moving to robots, produces the best cost performance.

■Automated transportation between processes where conveyors cannot be installed or on routes where workers are mixed

Even on manufacturing lines where automation is progressing with conveyors and robots, it seems difficult to install fixed equipment for transportation between each process because it interferes with worker wiring. If you want to proceed with automation while securing a route for people to come and go, we recommend automation using a transfer robot.

■Simple introduction

If you only need to reliably transport items along a fixed route between lines, there is no need to link with an inventory management system, making it possible to reduce costs and operate within a short delivery time. It is also installed at sites where frequent route changes are required and as a replacement for AGVs.
