About This Product

■About Bloom Energy Server Using Bloom Energy's patented solid oxide fuel cell technology, Bloom Energy Servers are a new form of distributed power generation that produces clean, stable and cost-competitive electricity on customer premises. This power generation system uses a clean power generation method that uses chemical reactions to convert fuel into electricity, rather than the traditional combustion method that burns fuel to generate electricity. They are similar to batteries, except that fuel cells are constantly running. Bloom Energy Servers operate using biogas or city gas as fuel, are unparalleled in terms of power generation efficiency, and are easy to install and maintain. Bloom Energy's unique fuel cell technology is fundamentally different from traditional hydrogen fuel cells in three key ways: ■Low cost materials Bloom Energy's fuel cells use ceramics rather than precious metals such as platinum or corrosive materials such as acids. ■High power generation efficiency Achieved power generation efficiency of over 60%. It achieves approximately twice the power generation efficiency compared to conventional technology. ■Fuel flexibility Bloom Energy Servers run on natural gas, biogas, and hydrogen. A single Bloom Energy Server can generate 200kW, enough to power an average office building, and can be operated day or night in a space the size of a standard parking lot. In addition, Bloom Energy's flexible and scalable module technology allows customers to install power generation capacities that match their needs. In the United States, there are already cases where up to 30MW has been installed at one site. Bloom Energy Servers currently power many Fortune 500 companies, including Google, Walmart, AT&T, and Coca-Cola.
