It is widely used for heating, post -processing at room temperature, black dyeing, forged products, and intermediate rust prevention of plating. ■ Features ・ The rust prevention period is more than one year (using undiluted solution) indoors. ・ If you pick up the water with water immediately after cleaning, the water will evaporate together with the water of the solvent. Suitable for rust. ・ Because it is waxed, a glossy rust -prevented film is created, so if you use it to finish the forged parts and black dyeing parts, you can rust and put out at once. ・ In the case of short -term rust prevention and intermediate rust prevention, it can be used with hot water according to the period. ■ Use ・ Heating, rust prevention and matte after spinning and black dyeing. ・ Rust and matte of forged products. ・ Rust prevention after washing and cleaning the plating process. ・ Rust prevention after oxidation processing. ・ Rust prevention after polishing barrel polishing. ■ How to use 1. Dob pickled (dipping) ・ The material of the tank is not particularly selected. Use iron, stainless steel, and plastic ones that are easy to obtain. Determine the shape and size, taking into account the size and workability of the work. ・ Wash and remove the oil and garbage attached to the work before dobo pickling. ・ When put in a basket and pickle, shake it once or twice in the liquid, fry and then release the excess liquid. The time to pickle is 1-2 minutes. ・ If you fry it and leave it as it is, it will dry naturally in 30 minutes to 1 hour, but if you are in a hurry, use a dryer to dry it. ・ For short -term rust prevention, diluted 2 to 3 times with hot water at about 50 ° C. 2. Apply and spray Use a brush for application and a regular spray gun for spray. The drying procedure is the same as when it is pickled. ■ Precautions for use ・ If the lasmet is accumulated in a deep bag hole and the water does not evaporate for a long time, the steel and moisture may react and red rust may occur. It is not suitable for processing of work with many bag holes and complicated shape. ・ If you leave it for a long time, the oil will be separated on the surface, so stir well before use.
