■ Overview The RP1000 is a rust prevention agent developed for the purpose of storage of machinery, machine parts, currocation tools, measuring tools, etc. and rust prevention in the final process. Therefore, it is an ideal rust prevention agent that you can use with confidence in any factory. It cannot be used on rubber and painted surfaces to deteriorate rubber and paint. ■ Characteristic ・ Because it has a strong rust prevention power for more than a year and has watered, it can be used with water drops on the appearance of the metal surface film. ・ Because it is a thin film type, rust -prevented machines and parts can be operated and assembled without removing the rust -prevented film after storage. It does not occur even when used for the slide or rotation part. ■ Use It is ideal for long -term storage such as machinery, machine parts, currocation tools, molds, and measuring tools and rust prevention during packing, and can be used with kerosene when the rust prevention period is short. ■ Rust prevention period If the RP1000 is used as it is, it will have rust prevention for more than a year. When used for short -term rust prevention (3 to 6 months), use kerosene twice (1: 1). ■ Impact on the human body, non -ferrous metals, and non -metal materials ・ Human body: Methyl chloroholm or other harmful substances are not used. Solventary limit 300p.pm. ・ Non -ferrous metal: Pure copper discolors slightly, but has no effect on other non -ferrous metals. ・ Non -metal material: Polimethyl metal metal acrylate and polycarbonate in plastic deterioration, but have no other effect. The rubber is degraded. The paint is deteriorated, so do not adhere to the paint.
