Model Description

■ Overview "Alem Cobond 568" is a high -heat conductive epoxy adhesive that mixes aluminum powder and is mainly used for adhesion of aluminum or copper parts or heat sinks such as electric, electronics and heat exchanges. ■ Characteristics "Alem Cobond 568" uses a bass agent and a curing agent that mixes the epoxy with an aluminum fine powder in 1: 1. It shows great adhesiveness to copper, aluminum, steel, glass, ceramic, polyimid and mixed products. It is also resistant to a wide range of acids, salt, and organic solvents.
