Model Description

■ Overview "Pilodact 597-A" is a heat-resistant adhesive with excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity based on silver particles. Since the inorganic binder is used, it has excellent weather resistance and heat resistance compared to organic adhesives. It is used for adhesion of electronic parts and high vacant parts. In addition, since the out -gas does not appear after firing, it can be used in vacuum. Water base 1 liquid silver paste. ■ Characteristics "Pyro Duct 597-A" is a mixture of high-purity silver particles with inorganic binders and gives heat resistance. The conductivity and thermal conductivity are very good, especially in electrical resistance than the conductive adhesive based on the normal epoxy regin.
