■ Overview "Seramabond 835-M" is a new type of heat-resistant heat-resistant ceramic adhesive based on alumina, and is mainly used for assembling work when mass-producing high-output halogen lamps. ■ Characteristics "Seramabond 835-M" is a water-soluble one-type liquid type and has a strong adhesive power and often adheres to ceramic, glass and metal. Excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics, "Seramabond 835-M" has only inorganic ingredients and does not generate gas during firing. This excellent feature is extremely important for lamp makers. This is because the residue accompanying the generation of gas is deposited within the reflector and has a negative effect on the performance of the lamp. It also has excellent resistance to moisture and heat shock. ■ How to use "Seramabond 835-M" is mixed uniformly and then applied thinly. After applying, dry it for about 1 to 4 hours, then fired at 93 ° C for 2 hours. On the other hand, for high -speed production, it is performed in a tunnel -type heating furnace at 100 ° C and 200 ° C for 30 minutes each and completely cured. Before burning, dirt, scum, etc. can be removed neatly with hot water and soap.
