"Seramabond 618N" is a new type of heat -resistant ceramic adhesive based on silica, and is used for adhesion such as ceramics, glass, crystal, etc. with low expansion rates. Featuring a small heat expansion coefficient and a strong adhesive force.
■ Characteristics
"Seramabond 618N" is a single -liquid and aluminum binder with a silica main component ceramic compound, so strong adhesiveness to ceramics, crystals, glasses, etc., including molybdenum and tungsten metal with low expansion coefficients. Will be demonstrated. "Seramabond 618N" is resistant to acids and alkali, and has a characteristic that is hard to be invaded.
■ How to use
The "Seramabond 618N" is an inorganic deductible system, so it can be easily applied with a brush or syringe. After applying, it is completely dried at room temperature for 1 to 4 hours, 2 hours at 93 ° C, 2 hours at 260 ° C, 2 hours at 370 ° C. After that, it becomes stronger when the temperature is exposed to 538 ° C or higher. If it is in a state before firing, it can be easily removed with hot water and soap.

Mainly used examples include incorporation of quartz to infrared heaters, temperature explorers, distortion gauge, oxygen analysis devices, gas chromatographs, and mass specifications.
