Model Description

■ Overview "Seramabond 571" is a new heat -resistant ceramic adhesive based on magnesium oxide. The heat expansion coefficient is the best for ceramic adhesive. Ideal for adhesion between metals. It is especially applied to the control sensor of the incinerator. ■ Characteristics "Seramabond 571" is ideal for incorporation and coating of ceramics and metal parts used at high temperatures. ■ How to use "Seramabond 571" is a type that mixes with powder and binder solution. The powder is mixed with a ratio of 1.5 (weight ratio) to the binder 1. After bonding at room temperature, bake at 93 ° C for 2 hours or more for more than 2 hours. This product is easy to remove and can be removed quickly and beautifully with hot water. "Seramabond 571" is composed of completely inorganic ingredients that do not contain volatile organic matter. Since there is no gas release even in the ultra -high vacuum, it is advantageous to adopt it in semiconductors and aerospace products. ■ Application example In addition to the above, it is also used in embedding of the following products. ·heater ・ Ignoring device and high power resistor ・ Gas chromat graph and spectroscope ・ Oxygen analyzer, temperature detector, etc.
