・ The gas temperature, absolute humidity, and relative humidity in hydrogen from vacuum to 1MPa are displayed and output by analog voltage. ・ TAA801 is a high -precision type, and the TAA802 can be replaced with sensor elements. -The extent can be measured up to an absolute humidity of 588g/㎥ (equivalent to 100%RH). ・ The resolution of the high -resolution type absolute humidity voltage output is 0.06g/㎥. ・ Humidity sensor element TI-A-NN-BH is compatible, so it is not necessary to adjust the circuit at the time of replacement. ・ It is possible to obtain a traceability certificate. ・ We correspond to custom order from one unit.
