The LMG sensor, roller rotation mechanism, and LMG movement mechanism are all highly accurate, allowing detailed measurements of the roller shape. You can also measure the 3D shape of the roller in detail by measuring the shape in the circumferential direction while rotating the roller, and measuring the shape in the longitudinal direction by moving the LMG. (Minimum pitch when rotating rollers: 0.1°, minimum pitch when moving LMG: 50μm) In addition to displaying the measurement results as a profile graph in the longitudinal direction and a cross-sectional shape graph in the circumferential direction, 3D shape display software can be used to display a 3D shape that emphasizes unevenness. ■Gathering special specifications to enable high-precision measurement ・The laser micro gauge is equipped with a high-precision LMG8007 model. ・Axial feed minimum pitch of 50μm (up to 600 points in standard measurement) ・Rotation direction: 0.1° pitch for φ10mm or more, minimum 0.5° pitch for φ5 to less than φ10 (when using a marked disk or beam fiber sensor) ・Achieve highly accurate outer diameter and shape measurements using special measurement software - Measured data can be output to the 3D shape software MicroAVS and displayed and printed with simple operations.
