A rich lineup of measurement items is available, and the measurement method uses a standard file method, making it easy to use. We also provide individual support for users who are not satisfied with the standard functions. When you select the standard file that corresponds to the product model number, the computer automatically configures the measuring device, allowing you to set measurement items and measurement conditions for each measurement location. Just by setting the workpiece and starting measurement, you can automatically measure the preset measurement points and judge the results immediately. ■Reliable accuracy Although each device is handmade, we carefully adjust the precision of the stage so that the laser micro gauge can demonstrate its inherent accuracy. We handle everything from manufacturing measuring machines and measuring jigs to creating programs. It is possible to change specifications and add functions to the laser micro gauge, so we can provide equipment that meets customer needs. We also take responsibility for maintenance and repairs. ■Carefully selected parts Instead of using a knife edge for straightness measurement, we use a stainless steel cylindrical straight edge that is safe, easy to use, and does not rust. The rotating part of the work uses a cam follower to ensure smooth rotation. Various additional equipment such as U-cut drive and automatic work holder are also available.
