■Standard model High speed/high resolution AFM Dimension FastScan It is the first AFM to achieve extremely high imaging speeds without compromising resolution or force control. Based on the Dimension Icon® AFM system and adopting the chip scanning method, it is not limited by sample size or weight, from large diameters to small sizes. Since measurements can be taken both in the air and in liquid, high-resolution images obtained with high-performance AFM can be obtained with a single system. When searching for a measurement point on a sample, it can measure at high speeds of 125Hz or higher, and one image can be acquired in a few seconds regardless of whether it is in the air or in liquid. This model includes both FastScan and Icon scan heads.
