Model Description

This is a high-spec model that achieves the high torque, low inertia, and high speed rotation required for machine tool spindle couplings. Compared to the previous model, the torque variation has been greatly expanded, and in addition to the conventional wedge fastening method, a new clamp method has been added to the shaft fastening method, greatly expanding the range of choices. In addition, balance correction is standard equipment to solve problems with high speed rotation. Coupling downsizing is also possible. ■Balance correction for high speed rotation 24,000min1 Balance correction for the coupling itself is standard equipment. Compatible with high speed rotation. ■Clamp method Alignment is possible with two bolts on each side. The clamp hubs on both sides are assembled using a high-precision special jig to ensure high concentricity. ■Wedge fastening method Highly reliable and high precision wedge fastening method. As with the clamp method, high concentricity is ensured. Additionally, it can accommodate larger diameter shafts compared to the clamp method.
