Model Description

This is a leaf spring type coupling that uses steel as the main body material, and is a basic type of servo flex. We offer a high-rigidity single element type, a double element type with double elements arranged via a spacer for flexibility, and a floating shaft type that combines a double element with an intermediate flange. Features ■Wide range of lineup We offer the SFS S, a single element type with high rigidity, the SFS W, a double element type with double elements arranged via a spacer to provide flexibility, and the SFS G, which supports a longer center distance. ■Electroless nickel plating is also available. Electroless nickel plating can be selected for surface treatment for prepared hole products, keys, and set screw products. ■High precision installation The SFS S/W/G- □ M- □ M type, which uses friction fastening, is designed so that the sleeve is inserted inside the flange, allowing for highly accurate installation using the sleeve outer diameter as a guide. ■Can be assembled by parts Since it is delivered in parts, you can use it without any problems even if the design does not allow for installation in the assembled state. We can also assemble and ship the product upon request. In addition, each flange is compatible in mounting dimensions, so it is possible to order only one flange with a prepared hole, or a combination of a key/set screw type flange and a high-precision friction fastening flange.
