This is a leaf spring type coupling that uses a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy for the clamp hub, providing high torsional rigidity and high response. We offer a highly rigid single element type and a double element type with double elements arranged via a spacer for flexibility. In both cases, the outer diameter of the hub is linked to the shaft diameter to reduce the moment of inertia. Features ■Ultra low inertia The outer diameter shape of the clamp hub is linked to the hole diameter used, and for small hole diameters, the outer diameter is also reduced to keep the inertia to the minimum necessary, making it ideal for high acceleration operation. There are three shape types depending on the hole diameter combination you use. ■Easy, reliable, no backlash A clamp method is used to connect the shaft, so installation is completed by simply tightening one bolt on each side. The clamp hub is resistant to vibrations and shocks, allowing for reliable fastening, and all power transmission is done through frictional coupling, so there is no backlash. The clamp hubs on both sides of the coupling are centered using a special jig to ensure concentricity. ■Tapered shaft compatible By attaching an optional taper adapter to the tapered shaft of the servo motor, it is possible to fasten with a clamp hub. ■Compatible with full length specification (SFC DA2 type) You can specify the total length to match the required center distance. ■Simple clean compatible It is simple clean compatible with clean cleaning, assembly (ISO class 6), and clean packaging. In order to improve the rust prevention effect, we have changed the surface treatment of the main body, made the bolts stainless steel, and applied electroless nickel plating. In addition, there are two types of grease for clamp bolts to ensure axial force: low dust generation grease and fluorine grease.
