■Sleeve material
・The sleeve is the most important element in the performance of jaw couplings, which plays the role of shock and misalignment absorption in torque transmission parameters.
・Hytrel® or TPU is used as raw material. Hytrel has better mechanical strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance than TPU, and TPU has better vibration absorption/damping effects.
- Types of sleeves are divided into RD (Hytrel, Sh63D), GR (Hytrel, Sh98A), and BL (TPU, Sh98A) depending on the strength of the material.

・Maximum standard inner diameter: Φ5 to Φ80
・Sleeve penetration inner diameter: Φ6 to Φ75
■Sleeve preload assembly
The SJC series provides the following effects by applying an appropriate preload when assembling the sleeve.
