Model Description

■High precision disc coupling Extremely high torsional rigidity allows for precise installation by simultaneously machining the inner and outer diameters. ■Installation method 1. Wipe off foreign matter and oil from the coupling and shaft surfaces. 2. Insert the shaft according to the recommended shaft insertion length (L1). At this time, be careful not to apply pressure to the leaf spring. 3. Tighten the two fastening bolts of the hub into which the shaft has been inserted little by little alternately. 4. Place a dial gauge on the finished outer diameter surface, and alternately tighten the fastening bolts while adjusting so that the amplitude of the gauge is 0.02 or less when the shaft is rotated. 5. Finally, use a torque wrench to tighten to the recommended tightening torque. 6. Insert the shaft on the opposite side, being careful not to apply pressure to the leaf spring, and tighten the screws as described above. ■Standard inner diameter ・For the allowable torque of SCD series products, the allowable torque standard value for the smaller inner diameter is applied. ・Additional keyway machining for SCD series is not available for all products. ■Structure and materials ・Hub (Material: Steel/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ・Plate spring (material: stainless steel) ・Color (spacer) (Material: Steel/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ・Assembly bolt (Material: SCM435/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ・Fastening bolt (Material: SCM435/Surface treatment: Black oxide film)
