■High performance (high torque, high rigidity) disc coupling ・Product with improved strength and rigidity than similar size general disc type (SD series) by improving the leaf spring (increasing support holes) ・Changing from the conventional 2-point fixing method to a 3-point fixing method increases durability and allows the use of smaller-sized products without compromising performance. ■Improved leaf spring shape ・Compared to 4-hole leaf springs, 6-hole leaf springs are somewhat less flexible, but increasing the number of support holes increases durability (=strength) by dispersing stress more. ・Rigidity is also improved due to narrow hole spacing ・Ideal as a disc coupling for high strength and high rigidity Increased torque transmission force (durability, strength) compared to similar or same outer diameter size ■High torsional rigidity Excellent responsiveness, high speed, high precision, ideal for positioning ■Structure and materials ・Hub (Material: High strength aluminum alloy/Surface treatment: Anodizing) ・Plate spring (material: stainless steel) ・Color (spacer) (Material: Steel/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ・Assembly bolt (Material: SCM435/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ・Fastening bolt (Material: SCM435/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ■ Fastening/assembly parts material replacement service When using a disc coupling with an aluminum main body material, if there is a concern about corrosion of bolts/collars treated with iron oxide coating, it is possible to change the material and surface treatment method of the assembly parts. *Note: If the material or surface treatment of the shaft fastening bolt is changed from the standard specifications, the fastening force (shaft slip torque) may decrease. ■Shaft slip torque - If the shaft slip torque is smaller than the maximum torque of the coupling, compare the shaft slip torque with the actually applied torque (check the motor specifications and load factor). - If the shaft slip torque is smaller than the actual torque used, we recommend increasing the size of the coupling or using a key for safety. ・We recommend that you test the product under the same conditions as the actual usage conditions before use.
