■Chemical resistance ・Weather resistance/Ozone resistance: Excellent ・Gasoline/Diesel: Usable ・Water/Alcohol: Excellent ・Organic acid/Low concentration inorganic acid: Excellent ・Highly concentrated inorganic acid: Usable ・Strong/weak alkali: Excellent ・Benzene/Toluene: Cannot be used ・Ether/ethyl acetate: Cannot be used ■Structure and materials ・Hub (Material: High strength aluminum alloy) ・Vibration-proof rubber (Material: HNBR) ・Fastening bolt (Material: SCM435/Surface treatment: Black oxide film) ■High performance anti-vibration rubber coupling It has excellent anti-vibration ability and improves the productivity of equipment by improving the gain value of the servo motor. ■Improve productivity through high gain ・The gain of the servo motor is an index that represents the positioning followability of the motor command. - Increasing the setting value improves responsiveness, but if the gain value is too high, system hunting and resonance are likely to occur. - Anti-vibration rubber material (HNBR) has high damping performance and dynamic rigidity, suppressing side effects that occur when increasing the gain. ・Since the vibration-proof rubber coupling has more margin at –180deg on the Bode plot than the disc coupling, it is possible to increase the gain value. ・The SHR series has excellent damping performance and is characterized by extremely fast system stabilization time. ■Shaft slip torque - If the shaft slip torque is smaller than the maximum torque of the coupling, compare the shaft slip torque with the actually applied torque (check the motor specifications and load factor). - If the shaft slip torque is smaller than the actual torque used, we recommend increasing the size of the coupling or using a key for safety. ・We recommend that you test the product under the same conditions as the actual usage conditions before use.
