■ Wide band gain module wavelength: 1,030 ~ 1,140nm Output: 130-280 mw ・ Wavelength variable centered on 1,030, 1,060, 1,140nm (up to 150Nm variable) Light source ・ Narrow line width tunable laser application ・ TEC and high -performance thermistor high temperature stability due to internal organs ■ Features and uses ・ Innolume's gain module (GAIN-MODULE) is a small optical device that is very similar to gain chips (Gain-chip), but the light is binding to a single mode fiber (SMF) on the gain module. ・ The configuration of this gain module is a very convenient configuration for building a tunable laser with optical fiber output. ・ The optical fiber binding efficiency has been optimized by the fiber bond with Innolume's manufacturing equipment, making it a long -term stability and very reliable product. -The Innolume's gain module can greatly omit the number of optical parts required when using a typical bear gain chip, so cost reduction is achieved while improving the system's reliability. ・ Furthermore, the gain module shows higher temperature stability by the built -in TEC and high -performance thermista. ・ Applications: For narrow line width tunable lasers
