Model Description
■ Wide band gain chip wavelength: 655 ~ 1,060nm Output: 15 ~ 80mW ・ Gain Chips is an improved fabric -paro laser diode with an output facet with excellent AR coating. ・ Although it does not self -oscillation, it is intended to operate in the external resonate laser setup (ECDL), such as the litman and litro configuration. -There is an external feedback, and it works with a narrow single frequency in combination with an excellent tuning function. ■ Features ・ AR coat with coat fabrey pellow laser ・ SOT seal package -The gain chip is an improved fabricopello laser diode, with an excellent reflection coating on the output surface.
