About This Product

■Metal pipe heater

SUS heaters are used for alkaline chemicals, etc., and titanium heaters are used for acid baths.

■Applications of SUS heater

Heating and heat retention of alkaline chemicals and oils, degreasing bath, chemical polishing bath, alkaline electrolytic bath, copper strike bath *Not recommended for acid baths. *Stainless steel submersible/submersible L-type heaters are not recommended for caustic soda baths.

■SRLS/TRLS: RL type cap seal type (simple waterproof type) Features

- Prevents corrosion of the cap due to steam or chemical solutions, and breakage due to liquid intrusion from the cap. -The heating part is only at the bottom, so it is suitable for tanks with shallow liquid levels and tanks with large changes in liquid level. - Due to natural convection, it has better thermal efficiency than the straight type.
