About This Product

■Quartz glass heater

Recommended for acid baths. High insulation and thermal efficiency. Excellent chemical resistance.

■Quartz glass heater Main features

-Quartz glass tubes have high insulation properties, and radiant heat transmitted from the inside produces high thermal efficiency. ・This product is very easy to break because it is a glass tube, but it has excellent chemical resistance against acid baths.

■Quartz glass heater Main uses

・Heating and keeping acidic chemicals warm ・Heating and keeping warm seawater ・Photo developer, disinfectant, etc. - Suitable for heating chemicals that do not want to elute other metal ions. *Not recommended for liquids with high fluoride concentrations or alkaline baths.

■QLY: L-shaped horizontal cap type Features

・The horizontal cap type does not interfere with the movement of the automatic line carrier. -The heating part is only at the bottom, so it is suitable for tanks with shallow liquid levels and tanks with large changes in liquid level. Due to natural convection, it has better thermal efficiency than straight types. ・By attaching a protective tube, there is no direct contact between the tank and the heat generating part. We also recommend the use of a protective tube to prevent falling objects (this will eliminate scorching and deformation of contact parts caused by heaters in PVC and FRP tanks). - A straight opaque quartz tube cut at 45° and welded together at a right angle of 90°. ・There is an error in the outer diameter of the quartz tube. ・Improved waterproofness by using a cable gland.

・Pipe material: Opaque quartz glass ・Power cord: 2m ・Plug plug ・Hook for installation *If you would like a three-phase model with 3P poles, please specify the model number as shown in the example below. Example) 220V3kW3P Model: QLY-233 *If a PVC protection tube is included, please order according to the protection tube dimensions. *The PVC protection tube of the L-type heater cannot be installed later. Please be sure to specify when ordering.
