In conveyor fires, "sparks" caused by foreign objects such as conveyed objects getting caught on the side of the rollers are sometimes pointed out as the source of the fire. By attaching this product to the shaft on the side of the roller, it completely prevents the generation of sparks due to foreign objects getting caught, and further improves the excellent dustproof and waterproof performance of JRC rollers.
In addition, the material is ZAM®, a highly corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which contributes to longer life of the rollers.

■Completely prevents sparks from occurring
Completely prevents sparks caused by foreign objects getting caught on the side of the roller. Even if it gets caught, the NS Guard will not rotate, so no sparks will be generated.
■Improved roller dustproof and waterproof properties
JRC's standard labyrinth seal with excellent sealing performance. By installing NS Guard, you can further strengthen its dustproof and waterproof properties.
■Contributes to longer life of rollers
We use ZAM®, a material that has 10 to 20 times higher corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanizing and self-protective properties, contributing to longer life of the roller.
