About This Product

■Applications/Functions

A major difference from conventional self-aligning return idlers (JAR type) is that the stand frame of this product is placed above the roller. This prevents objects from accumulating on the stand frame even if conveyed objects attached to the belt surface come into contact with the return roller and fall. This reduces the early deterioration of the self-aligning function and maintains turning performance over a long period of time. In addition, a dangoless roller is used for the return roller, which is effective in preventing belt flapping due to conveyed objects adhering to the roller, as well as the accompanying meandering. Product features

■Swivel frame placed above the roller

Placing the stand frame above the roller prevents objects to be transported from adhering to the rotating part and prevents premature deterioration of rotating performance due to accumulation, and maintains the self-aligning function over the long term.

■Improved performance and strength of the rotating part

By newly adopting a thrust bearing in the rotating part and making the center pin thicker and stronger, the frame can now rotate more smoothly and stably than conventional self-aligning carrier idlers.

■Adopts a Dangoless roller

The return roller uses a ``dangoless roller'' made of soft rubber (smart rubber) with a hardness of 32°. Effective in reducing roller sticking of conveyed objects and preventing belt meandering. Dangoless rollers also have excellent wear resistance, which helps reduce the frequency of roller replacement.
