About This Product

■Applications/Functions

The entire idler has a structure that allows it to rotate at a fixed angle around the center pin. When the belt is meandering, when the belt comes into contact with a guide roller that is located "away" from the idler arrangement, the frame rotates and the generated resistance forces the belt to return to the center of the conveyor. This product has been independently developed by our company as a high-spec type with the aim of further enhancing the performance of the self-aligning carrier idler (JAC type), which has the above functions. Product features

■Improved performance and strength of the rotating part

By newly adopting a thrust bearing in the rotating part and making the center pin thicker and stronger, the frame can now rotate more smoothly and stably than conventional self-aligning carrier idlers.

■ Guide roller meandering distance can be adjusted

We have added a new "E" shaped elongated hole to the guide roller for adjusting the meandering allowance. The meandering distance can be adjusted in 2 to 3 steps to prevent belt damage and early roller wear.

■Newly introduced support bearings

By introducing new support bearings (2 on each side) at the bottom left and right of the swing frame, the movement when swinging has become even smoother.
