About This Product
This is a switch that immediately detects vertical tearing of the belt caused by a foreign object penetrating the belt at the chute opening of a belt conveyor, and outputs an alarm signal. It consists of a sensor section that detects vertical tearing and a converter section that outputs a cutting signal.
The converter is also equipped with a disconnection alarm output to detect disconnection of the sensor or cable, making it a highly safe sensor. Install according to the number of impact rollers. Wiring costs can be reduced because the sensors are wired in a loop and connected to the converter.
