About This Product

■Applications/Functions

Conveyor cover made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). It not only protects conveyors that are constantly exposed to rain and wind, but also contributes to environmental measures by reducing dust scattering during operation and noise from rollers. It also has excellent durability and maintainability. Product features

■Excellent durability

This is a molded product that takes advantage of the strength and rigidity of FRP. It is strong enough to withstand wind pressure from strong winds and external pressure such as snow accumulation. It also has low thermal conductivity, which prevents internal temperature from rising and contributes to extending the life of the belt.

■Excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance

There is no need to worry about rust or corrosion, and it can be used semi-permanently. There is no need to paint, so there is no need to spend time or money on repairs or maintenance.

■One-touch opening and closing

The hinge pin or U-clip system makes it easy to open and close the cover, as well as to install and remove it, making it easy to maintain and inspect the belt.

■Sealed type

The joint is a wrap type in which the upper cover is placed over the lower cover, which reduces noise, prevents dust from scattering, and protects the environment from rain.
