About This Product

■Applications/Functions

Powered by the movement of the belt, a flexible rubber disc with cuts rotates while fitting in between the recesses and crosspieces on the belt surface, allowing it to sweep away fine conveyed objects without damaging the belt. I have it.

■Selection guideline

This product can be used with just one belt, but if it is mainly installed on the return side of a conveyor, it is recommended to use two belts to further improve the scraping effect and prevent the belt from meandering or shifting. ■Flexible rubber disc with unique shape

It uses a uniquely shaped rubber disc with cuts on the circumference, which is unparalleled in Japan. It has excellent flexibility and wear resistance, and continues to powerfully scrape off deposits without damaging the belt surface.

■Can also be used as a belt with a crosspiece or metal connection.

It can be used not only for regular belts, but also for belts with crosspieces or belts with heat-vulcanized/metal-connected ends, as the rubber discs flexibly fit over uneven surfaces.

■No power required, suitable for conveying all kinds of objects

The rubber disc rotates as the belt advances, so no motor or air power is required. We can handle a wide range of materials, whether wet or dry, such as coal, iron ore, wood chips, and chemical fertilizers.
