About This Product

■Applications/Functions

This is a chip scraping type head cleaner that uses a rubber cushion and arm and has excellent features such as cleaning ability, safety, durability, ease of maintenance, and little buildup on the cleaner.

■Selection guideline

The NVC-H3B type supports pulley diameters up to φ600, and the NVC-H2B type supports pulley diameters up to φ850. For pulleys larger than φ850, we also have the NVC-D type (large diameter cleaner). (The maximum pulley diameter for NVC-D type is φ1500.)

■Product features

This product uses a cemented carbide tip in the scraping part and anti-vibration rubber in the cushion part, and it follows the unevenness of the belt surface with flexible and accurate movement, so it fully demonstrates its scraping performance. Masu. Conveyor belts begin to wear from the center, where the conveyed material is concentrated. Combined with the trough distortion, the conveyed object will pass due to insufficient pressure of the scraping tip against the center of the belt. The NVC-H2B/H3B types apply the "lever principle" and change the arm length in order to generate the optimum pressure force for each scraping tip against the belt surface, so that the tips at both ends can be applied to the belt surface. We release the pressure and gradually increase the pressure towards the center.
