About This Product

■Applications/Functions

This belt cleaner features a rigid structure that can withstand harsh usage environments, powerful power to continue scraping off all conveyed objects from the belt surface, and easy blade replacement. Comes with an automatic tension adjustment function that is gentle on the belt.

■Selection guideline

The biggest difference from the F1 type is that the tension mechanism is equipped with a larger, higher-power torsional torque spring as standard, and the blade also uses Scalper 4 (red), which has excellent wear resistance, as standard. Product features

■High performance blade

The unique blade shape has an arc shape on the back side, and is designed so that the cleaning edge always hits the belt sharply. By using a single blade, the conveyed objects do not get caught between the blades, which tends to happen with split blades, and the powerful cleaning effect is maintained until it is time to replace it.

■Blade wear indicator

Equipped with a blade wear indicator that lets you know at a glance when to replace the blade. There is no need to stop the conveyor or look inside the chute for inspection, allowing you to safely and easily check the wear status of the blades and when to replace them.

■Easy blade replacement

Replacing the removable blade does not require any tools; just insert and remove two pins, making it quick and easy to replace.

■Automatic adjustment tensioner

Equipped as standard with an all-stainless steel automatic adjustment tensioner that uses a large torsion torque spring as the tension mechanism. There is no malfunction due to corrosion such as rust, and the blade continues to maintain optimal tension. Additionally, the spring is equipped with a dust cover to prevent conveyed objects from accumulating on the tension spring.
