About This Product

■Applications/Functions

A hard vinyl chloride (VP) roller that has high chemical resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and excellent water resistance. It does not transfer odor or color to the material, is hygienic, and is lightweight and durable.

■Selection guideline

Ideal for belt conveyors that handle highly corrosive materials such as chemicals, fertilizers, and salt, as well as sewage treatment plants and sludge treatment facilities.

■Features of the bearing section

・Rotational resistance is low due to the use of labyrinth seals. ・Can rotate at high speed, reducing power consumption ・High sealing effect ・Main parts are coated with unichrome plating to reduce rust. ・With dustproof rubber cap (double prevention structure against dust contamination) ・Oil seal structure can be manufactured depending on the location of use.
