About This Product

■Applications/Functions

A roller with T5 soft rubber (smart rubber) with a hardness of 32° baked onto the surface. Due to its extremely high rebound modulus, it prevents wet conveyed objects, highly viscous conveyed objects, ice, etc. from sticking to the roller surface, and its excellent wear resistance also contributes to reducing the frequency of replacement.

■Selection guideline

It can be selected as a roller to prevent adhesion of highly viscous conveyed materials, or as a draining roller in the water sprinkling section. It exhibits excellent wear resistance even when transporting highly abrasive objects, making it suitable for use in locations where frequent roller replacement is difficult.
