About This Product

■Applications/Functions

A self-aligning carrier idler with tapered JAC type side rollers. Since the belt has a large diameter at the center and a small diameter at the ends, meandering adjustment works based on the difference in circumferential speed of the roller surface when the belt makes contact. The frame (F2) rotates to the side where the belt is shifted to facilitate function. There is no need to indicate the direction of travel, and it can be used even with forward and reverse conveyors.

■Selection guideline

It is common to select the same trough angle as the carrier idler. This product is available in 2-tank and 3-tank types.
