MP600 is an M.2 2280 SSD that supports NVMe standard PCI Express Gen4 x4. Equipped with Phison controller IC PS5016-E16, highly durable 3D TLC NAND, and DRAM cache memory. With a controller that complies with the latest standards, advanced wear leveling, and powerful garbage collection functions, stable high-speed data transfer is always achieved in an optimized state. Available in two capacities: 1TB and 2TB.
■Phison IC PS5016-E16, equipped with highly durable 3D TLC NAND
Adopts Phison controller IC PS5016-E16. Equipped with an SSD controller compatible with PCI Express Gen4 x4, it achieves ultra-high-speed data transfer that was not possible with conventional PCI Express Gen3 connections, and uses highly reliable and durable 3D TLC NAND for flash memory. Achieves high-speed transfer and overwhelming random access performance.
■CDM Max Sequential Read: 4,950MB/s Write: 4,250MB/s
Crystal Disk Mark achieves ultra-high speed data transfer of Max Sequential Read: 4,950MB/s and Max Sequential Write: 4,250MB/s for all capacity lineups.
