The SL series can be used on piping, on curved surfaces, or in any direction. Can be moved vertically or horizontally. A high-performance retrofit fin that pursues flexibility. By adding slits to the fin part of OPFF, it has a shape that allows it to be wrapped in directions that could not be wrapped around OPFF. Since it can be installed in various locations in existing equipment, factories, and plants, it is easy to confirm and verify effectiveness. Heat exchange performance is improved by increasing the heat exchange area outside the piping. It is removable, so you can attach it only when needed. You can remove it if you don't need it, so feel free to wrap it as an afterthought.
The reason it can be attached to surfaces is because it is made by bending thin sheet metal. It takes advantage of the characteristics of thin sheet metal: flexibility, light weight, and high strength. Because it is extremely lightweight, the load when installing piping is also small. As long as the SL series is within the processing range, we have built a production system that does not require any initial investment in molds, etc., even if it is customized, so we can easily handle requests such as different pipe diameters, different fin heights, and different materials. Our fins are made by bending very thin metal material. The fin part is twice the thickness of the board, and the bottom part has a streamlined shape that matches the thickness of the board, making it extremely lightweight. Even if it is wrapped around piping as an afterthought, there are almost no problems such as the need for supports to support the piping.
■High performance
Heat dissipation performance is improved by attaching fins and expanding the heat exchange area. In addition, regardless of whether the fins are installed vertically or horizontally, the fins can be wrapped in the direction that provides the best performance.
