About This Product
■Thin, light, flexible
"Folding Fin FF" is our original fin shape made by folding thin sheet metal. By developing our own equipment that allows us to freely change the fin pitch and fin height without a mold, we are able to manufacture heat-resistant parts with the optimal shape even from a single piece, within the processing range. (=Customized folding fins) This time, we have prepared ``folding fins'' with fixed dimensions from within the processing range. You can now easily choose one while keeping the same features, so please give it a try.
Features
■Lightweight
It is made by bending thin metal sheets with a thickness of 0.2 or 0.3. At first glance, it looks like an extruded HS, but the fin thickness is twice the thickness of the board, and the base is the same thickness, making it an extremely lightweight heat countermeasure component.
■High performance
The thin fin thickness allows the gap to be increased while maintaining the pitch, making it easier for natural convection to occur. Additionally, by narrowing the fin pitch while maintaining the optimal gap, the surface area can be expanded.
■Flexible
The thin base allows for flexibility in movement, expanding the options for installation locations. For example, it enables ideas that go beyond the limitations of conventional fins, such as installing it on a curved surface or rolling it inside a cylinder.
