About This Product
■High-precision thin metal heat transfer fins for small-lot heat exchangers
"Heat exchanger fin HE" is a heat transfer fin made by pressing thin sheet metal. Pressed fins are characterized by small variations in fin height and good flatness on the top and bottom surfaces, which can be expected to improve productivity, production efficiency, and stabilize performance in post-processes (joining and assembly). When it comes to heat transfer fins for heat exchangers, they are often manufactured for each heat exchanger using dedicated equipment, but in order to allow customers in the small lot market to take advantage of our high-performance waving fins, we offer three types of waving fins. Based on the wave shape, we have standardized the fin height in 1mm increments, and the basic size is 20 fins with a flow path length of 100mm.
Also, unlike previous standard products, it is now possible to select and purchase the number of fins. For shapes and dimensions other than standard products, we will manufacture special molds for customization projects. We also have methods for small production volumes, methods for mass production, and methods for large fins with a channel length of up to 600 mm, so please feel free to contact us.
Features
■High precision
Each fin is processed using press processing. As with normal press processing, the process is performed using press processing pressure, so the fin height is highly accurate and the top and bottom surfaces are highly flat. High-precision shapes lead to improved yield rates in post-processes such as brazing. Additionally, since the bonding quality is stable, there are benefits such as stabilization of product performance.
■A rich lineup
There are various shapes of heat transfer fins for heat exchangers, such as corrugated, wave, offset, and louver, and they have advantages and disadvantages, but we have developed a construction method that is suitable for small-lot production by changing the curvature and pitch of the wave shape. Achieving both performance. In addition, we offer a lineup of fin heights in 1 mm increments, which tend to require adjustment when using a heat exchanger.
■Customization available
Compatible with various shapes, mainly corrugated, wave, and offset. We also support various materials other than stainless steel. We have a track record of processing plate thicknesses of 0.1 to 0.3 mm, but also 0.05 mm to 2 mm. We have construction methods tailored to the quantity, from just a few pieces to 100,000 pieces per month.
