■Summary RFID Tunnel is a tunnel-type RFID antenna that uses unique radio wave irradiation technology to achieve high reading accuracy and space savings. It is more flexible to install than traditional products, improves work efficiency and facilitates digital transformation (DX) in a variety of situations, including logistics and manufacturing, as well as retail and apparel stores. ■From logistics and manufacturing to retail stores RFID Tunnel uses unique radio wave irradiation technology to achieve high reading accuracy and space savings. Compared to general tunnel-type RFID readers, it has a higher degree of installation freedom and can be introduced without specifying the location of use. ■Uniquely designed high-density radio antenna Uniquely designed high-density radio waves enable limited reading in the area you want to read. A large number of RFID tags can be read reliably and evenly. ■Radio wave properties that prevent reading omissions RFID Tunnel irradiates radio waves without any gaps inside the tunnel to prevent reading errors. It does not generate unreadable points (Null points) that occur with conventional tunnel-type RFID readers. ■No need to prevent misreading|Reduce hard-to-see costs Unlike conventional tunnel-type RFID readers, there is little leakage of radio waves to the outside of the tunnel, so there is no need to worry about misreading RFID tags that are not intended for reading. This eliminates the need for countermeasures against misreading, such as radio wave blocking sheets, which also reduces the time required for installation and adjustment during installation and operation. ■Improve work efficiency on site and avoid errors There is no need for the "opening/closing door" that is common with conventional tunnel-type RFID readers, reducing work time other than reading. Since no adjustment is required other than the RFID reader, it also helps prevent downtime when work stops after installation.
