About This Product
■Summary
The N4680 is a decoded 2D scan engine featuring Honeywell's latest imaging and decoding technology. It is the same size as the previous series N3680 model, and the mounting holes and electrical pin arrangement are also compatible, allowing for easy drop-in replacement. It can be easily incorporated into equipment in many operational sites such as retail, medical, ATM, and wearables.

The N4680 series supports standard serial TTL or USB interfaces. It also features an industry standard 12pin ZIF connector for easy integration into the most popular devices and applications. Suitable for incorporating devices with space constraints, such as cash registers that handle large amounts of scanning, and hand scanners.
■Compact module with built-in decoder
Fully integrated all-in-one scan engine requires no additional decoding board or host decoder programming. No separate CPU or OS is required when integrating into a device.
■Weight: 1 sugar cube
Approximately 2cm in size and 3.3g in weight. Its extremely compact size and built-in decoder make it suitable for installation in devices with limited space, such as handheld terminals and wearable scanners.
■High-speed scanning of damage codes
Image capture at speeds up to 120fps provides extremely high motion tolerance up to 6m/s. Powerful processor provides 2.5x faster reading speed. The latest decoder platform supports a variety of readings, including 1D, 2D, OCR fonts such as best-before dates and manufacturing lots, and low-quality barcodes.
■ Comfortable reading mobile QR
It can also instantly read 1D and 2D symbols displayed on the smartphone's LCD screen. It is also ideal for reading barcode payment systems (electronic payments) for mobile coupons, point cards, and mobile wallet applications.
