About This Product
The color order of the lines is determined the moment you hold it up. RakuiroChecker is an inspection device that uses image processing to detect incorrect wiring in wire harnesses. Prevents defective products from being leaked due to careless mistakes.
■Features
- If the housing and line appear on the screen, it will be judged as pass/fail no matter where it is located. Moreover, the time it takes to make a judgment is 0.3 seconds. You can carry out inspections one after another while holding a bundle of wire harnesses in one hand.
- It learns the front and back sides of the housing using a unique algorithm and simultaneously determines whether the housing is front or back. There is no need to worry about the front and back of the housing when holding the harness over the camera.
- Detects changes in ambient brightness in real time and automatically adjusts color judgment settings. Therefore, it is less affected by the surrounding brightness and environment, and can be used anywhere.
■Function
・Inspection time: Approximately 0.3 seconds (detects harness wire color at 0.1 second intervals)
- Variety registration: Register using a mouse, etc. on the software screen. Unlimited number of registrations (up to storage capacity).
・Type switching: Specify the setting file using the mouse or call it using the barcode
・Judgment: Pass/fail judgment based on color order. By determining the front and back sides of the housing, the forward and reverse order of colors can also be determined.
・Positioning: In principle not required (determined by holding the wire harness over the screen)
・Counting: Counting by the total number of pieces in one bundle and the number of OK pieces

*A separate PC is required to install the image processing software.

・A USB3.0 port is required to connect the camera to the RakuiroChecker body (USB hub not recommended).
