We will handle minor parts replacements, etc. If repairs are required, we will dispatch engineers from the local Chinese manufacturer to handle the repairs.
■Machine warranty
1 year warranty after installation is complete. However, consumable parts are excluded.
■Delivery date
Depending on the machinery project, it usually takes about 3 to 3.5 months from receiving an order to completing installation.
■Machine installation
Our company handles import customs clearance and delivery to Japan. For assembly, engineers from the Chinese manufacturer will be dispatched.
