About This Product

The material separation method of this equipment is a dry method, and the compression method using twin-axis rolls makes it ideal for crushing tempered glass (cover glass), which is a brittle material. When considering the separation method, it is important to note that the adhesive sealing material EVA membrane and the glass bonding surface have strong adhesive strength, and the resin membrane is thermosetting, so it does not expand or contract due to heat. To separate the materials, there are methods such as peeling them off with a solvent and cutting or polishing them with a knife, but either method has the problem of high running costs. This equipment uses a roll-type crushing method using twin-axis rolls as the optimal method for separating and removing cover glass for the purpose of simplifying the process and reducing power consumption.

■Purpose of this machine

To crush solar cell panel glass into small pieces of glass without damaging the metals of the cell, and to remove as much of the crushed glass as possible from the surface of the cell. This equipment focuses on the purity of the glass without contaminating the glass it collects.

■Features of this machine

・This is a roll-type crushing device that crushes the surface glass of a crystalline solar cell panel with two-axis rolls and separates the cell and glass. - The gap between the upper and lower rolls can be adjusted by fixing the upper part and moving the lower part up and down using a cam mechanism. ・Crush two solar panel glasses at the same time by stacking them front and back. ・The upper and lower rolls can be rotated in forward and reverse directions, and the speed is variable using an inverter. Standard speed is 4m/min. ・The loading area and discharging area will be driven by roller controllers. The roller controller can also be operated in forward and reverse directions. - The loading conveyor is equipped with a mechanism that allows panels to be moved laterally. ・A hopper or conveyor is installed below the colocon to collect and transport glass cullet. ・Glass dust generated during crushing and peeling can be collected using a dust collector.
